Convectors are electric heating system. They have an electrical resistance which heats the cold air entering the bottom of the unit and expels the heat offering superior instantly regulated by a thermostat.
Some models of convectors (the turboconvectores or fan heaters) feature a fan inside the chassis for air travel faster.
