Intex has combined a unique two-stage technology to disinfect and maintain the quality of your pool water in this sanitation system. Its undetectable level of natural chlorine makes it safer for bathers. The operation is as follows: natural and ecological salt is added to the pool and this, when passing through a titanium electrolytic cell during the filtration process, produces the chlorine. This treatment results in soft, fresh, clean water without the annoying side effects of other chemicals. During the second stage, the ECO (electrocatalytic oxidation) process takes place, which causes the water molecules to divide into very powerful oxidants that will destroy organic pollutants such as bacteria and algae. The combination of these oxidants with the natural chlorine produced in the first phase results in the most effective and safe sanitation for your pool. With this method the amount of natural chlorine required is reduced, more or less, by 60%. This saline chlorination model has a compact housing that includes a digital control panel. For its correct operation, it requires being connected to a purifier of between 2,650 and 11,355 liters / hour and is designed for pools with up to 26,500 liters of water. It generates an amount of chlorine of 12 grams / hour. The Krystal Clear system has three self-cleaning modes with cycles of 6 hours, 10 hours and 14 hours.
