Blue flame gas stove BF5000 4100 W CAMPINGAZ The BF5000 blue flame stove predominantly uses convection, indirect heat, and to a lesser extent direct radiation. The convection comes from the hot air emitted by the burners, which in turn heats a surrounding area. The direct radiation comes from a steel panel behind the burner, which is heated by the burners when in operation. Compared to the ceramic panels of an infrared stove, it heats up less and emits less radiation. Like the catalytic stove, a blue flame stove heats a room primarily by circulating hot air. The blue flame stove is so named because of the blue flames visible at the bottom of the stove. These stoves have a higher performance by completely consuming the gas. And they have a longer shelf life.
